Refund requests are considered for eligible Velessa women’s shoes that are returned in a clean, unworn condition with their original packaging, tags, and included accessories where applicable.

  • Items should show no outdoor wear, sole marks, stains, fragrance, or alteration.
  • Original shoe box and protective packing should be included whenever possible.
  • Please contact us before returning an item so your request can be properly reviewed.
